Even if others claim different position as you in case of liability and hull loss damage, you have the right, even outside of court proceedings, to order your own expert.

The expert Jörg Albrecht has a diploma in shipbuilding and marine engineering and a Europe-wide certification according to EN 17024 (previously => 45013) for recreational boat damage and evaluation.
